Connecting with the essence of our emotions – without judging or suppressing – helps to release their powerful and creative energy and to respond wisely and constructively to everyday situations. Furthermore, according to the Vajrayana Buddhist path, once transformed, emotions are the very essence that gives rise to wisdom and compassion.
