Alan Goldstein

President
Alan Goldstein is currently the Head of Technology for the CIB in Asia Pacific in JPMorgan.  Previous to this role in Asia, Alan was the Head of Technology for the Custody & Fund Services business of CIB Investor Services.

Prior to joining J.P. Morgan in 2011, Alan was an Executive Vice President at BNY as  Global CIO for the Asset Management businesses and International CIO for the firm. And prior to BNY, he was Chief Technology Officer for BondNet Trading Systems, which was acquired by the BNY in 1997. In the 12 years prior to this, he worked for a number of firms in the US and EMEA as a consultant in Technology.

Alan is also Director on the board of the Society of Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunications (SWIFT), where he is also Chairman of the Audit and Finance Committee and a member of the Securities Committee.

He has developed all the strategic governance for Ripaladrang and as plays a key role in shaping it strategic growth and future.

Myriah McGorril

Secretary
Myriah McGorrill currently is an Information Technology Program Manager delivering global solutions for clients in the Financial Services sector. This includes a focus on Distributed Application Infrastructure, database Administration with emphasis on IT Risk and Audit Remediation programs.

In support of the Ripa Ladrang Foundation, she lends her program management skills to assist in the delivery of the many of the foundations projects and their delivery.  She holds a unique responsibility with emphasis on the translation and restoration of the ancient texts of the Ripa Lineage Tibetan texts.

Joshua Green

Treasurer
Joshua Green is the CFO of a multigenerational family office. His portfolio includes operation and management of a set of commercial real estate companies, securities, options and alternative investments. In addition to managing the real estate business, his role in the family office as fiduciary, Mr. Green, supports the extended family by managing and supporting individual member’s finances, estate planning and trusts.  He is also on the board of California Water Impact Network, an environmental advocacy group for better water policy management in the state. He is currently is ‘Treasurer’ on the board and holds all responsibility of its financial management.

Jim Miller

Director of Communications
Jim is currently Chairman of DigiPowers, Inc., a digital strategy, software and marketing services company located in New York and San Francisco.  Jim was previously CEO, President and C-Suite executive for several luxury retail brands including Target, Ulta Cosmetics, Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessey, Saks Fifth Avenue and Polo Ralph Lauren.  He is from Iowa with education experience from the University of Iowa, a BBA in Marketing; George Washington University, MA in Human Resources Management; and Drake University receiving his MBA degree.

Suma Chander

Director of Fundraising and Sustainability
Suma was born in India. She earned her Master’s degree in Engineering from the University of Chicago and pursued a career in technology and finance at JP Morgan as well as preeminent hedge fund management firms such as Silver Point Capital as well as Traxis Partners. She is currently pursuing another passion of hers related to fashion design and has started a business that caters to high-end women’s ready-to-wear market.
