Dear Friends of the Ripa International Sangha,

Spring arrives and settles in slowly. The awakening of nature encourages us to look at life from a positive perspective and we certainly have good reason to look to the future with hope and enthusiasm!

Following the welcoming of the Tibetan New Year, or Losar and the celebration of His Eminence’s birthday, our eyes turn to the Ripa online teaching program, an eventful program which connects us to our teachers, our Sangha and to our practice.

We are happy to share with you the many programs coming this Spring. They include teachings organized by both the RIC and in collaboration with other International Ripa organizations. The dates have been confirmed by our teachers; however, they are subject to change.

Furthermore, Dr. Richard Davidson and Matthieu Ricard will be with us again, online this time to bring other perspectives on meditation, well-being and the path to inner freedom.

A whole program of activities online! We can’t wait to see you again in person, but in the meantime, we look forward to seeing you on Zoom for one or more upcoming events.

Yours in the Dharma,
Begoña and the Entire RIC and Ripa International Team
