| Dear Friends of the Ripa International Sangha,
We are happy to share with you the programs of activities planned for our Summer Retreat 2022 and the Festivities of the RIC’s 10 Year Anniversary that will take place in the presence of the three Masters of the Ripa Lineage, H.E. Namkha Drimed Rabjam Rinpoche, Gyetrul Jigme Rinpoche and Lhuntrul Dechen Rinpoche. After two years of traveling and meeting restrictions due to the pandemic, we are happy that the RIC can finally open its doors for all Sangha members to reunite in the auspicious presence of the Tertön and the Rinpoches.
On this very special anniversary year, it has been the wish of our Teacher, Gyetrul Jigme Rinpoche, to make the module of Yeshe Tsogyal Drupcho free of charge for everyone (excl. accommodation). It is Rinpoche’s deepest wish to see as many Sangha members as possible reunited on this very special occasion and to welcome His Eminence Tertön Namkha Drimed Rinpoche – who will be back in Europe after three years – in the most auspicious circumstances.
For festivities on the 10th Year Anniversary, a small team led by Lama Tenzin and Carlo with help from Ursula, Michèle, Antje, Gabriela, Georg, Chöny, and more, we are already working on the program and arrangements for the Dharma and cultural activities of this celebration weekend. Following Rinpoche’s wish, the option to participate online is made possible for those who are far away and cannot travel to RIC. However, we really wish and hope that as many Sangha members as possible can travel and be at RIC to meet the Teachers and to reconnect with the Sangha brothers and sisters after these years of separation.
