Spring is the ideal time to purify our bodies and to move toward renewal. Through various postures of Hatha Yoga (Yin Yoga), we will purify the body and strengthen our organism, giving special care to the liver, gallbladder and organs which are specifically linked to Spring Time. A workshop to learn how to prepare detox juices along with delicious vegetarian cooking will also be organized.
