Tibetan Fasting Ritual, Nyung Né With Lama Tenzin Phuntsok

A traditional spiritual fasting ritual which aims at purifying old behavioural patterns, providing practitioners with the opportunity to release emotional blockages, to replenish psychological resources, and to accelerate spiritual growth.
Lama Tenzin Phuntsok, the resident lama of the Ripa lineage in Europe. He is an accomplished master of initiation rituals of Vajrayana Buddhism, and head of the RIPA translation committee, responsible for translating the Tibetan texts of the Ripa lineage.
