Initiation of Cherenzig on Monday, June 5th followed by the practice of Nyung Ne, a spiritual fasting practice in Tibetan Buddhism.

With Dungsey Lhuntrul Dechen Gyurmey Rinpoche, a highly accomplished master of practices in the tradition of Vajrayana Buddhism. The Second cycle is guided by Lama Tenzin Phuntsok.
