DESCRIPTION:REGISTER NOW\nYogom is a set of exercises developed from traditional yoga postures\, breathing exercises and meditation. The meditation technique used in this practice is Shiné (or Shamata in Sanskrit) aimed particularly at soothing our mind. \nThe name “Yogom” is a condensed version of YO for yoga\, and GOM which means “meditate” in Tibetan. By unbinding tensions\, this practice particularly helps to prepare the body and mind before engaging in formal sitting meditation practice. \nThis technique was developed by François Bertolero at the request of the Tibetan Master Gyétrul Jigmé Rinpoche.
