SUMMARY:Yoga workshop: Reconnecting with your Inner Source with Philippe Beer Gabel
DESCRIPTION:This workshop is an intensive and introspective voyage through the practices of Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra. These two deep and subtle practices will be the occasion to meet unexplored spaces in your body and mind. It is a journey in itself accompanied by the unique sound of Kantélé\, a Finnish harp composed of 38 piano strings and the prosody of Philippe’s voice. \nPhilippe Beer Gabel became a Yoga teacher in 2014 following a 200h Yoga Alliance training in Hatha and Ashtanga in Rishikesh\, India; he then trained at Yin Yoga with Bernie Clark in Vancouver\, Canada and with Uma Dinsmore Tuli in Yoga Nidra. He has recently completed his training with alternative medicine protocols such as the Body Talk System and Reiki.
