DESCRIPTION:In this practice\, a lot of importance is attached to a conscious calm breathing; these slowly executed exercises create an immediate rest for body and mind. \nPracticing these popular 18 episodes of Tai Chi / Qi Gong is also suitable for people who want to have a balance to the hectic everyday life at the workplace. \nDechen Shak-Dagsay discovered Chinese movement theory and the healing art of Tai Chi and Qi Gong 20 years ago. She was fascinated and decided to train as a teacher with Foen Tjoeng Lie\, the famous German living chinese master.
