DESCRIPTION:With Dungsey Gyetrul Jigme Rinpoche \nApril 1st to April 3rd  \nWe are honored to announce that Dungsey Gyetrul Jigme Rinpoche will be visiting Aix-en-Provence for practices and teachings during his European tour this spring \nAccording to Buddhist teachings\, the inherent nature of all beings is fundamentally good\, although temporarily veiled by fear\, doubt and mistrust. We should face our insecurities with openness and kindness\, develop confidence in our basic goodness and  allow our humanity to emerge. This can be be the key to spread compassion in our society. \nRinpoche will give practical advice and guided meditations based on techniques that allow us to open ourselves to our basic goodness\, and thus lay the foundation for an engagement with the world based on openness\, courage and compassion. \nPlease note that teachings with Rinpoche will be given in English with French translation. \nProgram details can be found on the link below.
