Dancer of innate compassion within the spacious expanse
of the nature of phenomena,
you manifest as one who holds
intrinsic awareness of profound meanings,
DRI MED DAM PAI YON TAN RAB JAM NGA
PAL DAN LA MAI ZHAB PAD TAN GYUR CHIG
endowed with a vast range of flawless and holy qualities.
Glorious lama, may your lotus feet stand firmly!
In response to the venerable lay master Dorje Namgyal, who
accompanied his request with the offering of a fine silk scarf,
this was written by Mangala (H. H. Dilgo Khyentse Rinpoche). May
virtue and excellence flourish!
Short practice and mantra for the benefit of the long life of
Namkha Drimed Rinpoche
This short practice and mantra written by Lama Tashi to be
said during this Losar month, or any time, for the benefit of the
long life of Namkha Drimed Rinpoche. Special Losar pujas are being
done in India during this time for the long life of our lama. Saying
this practice is a way to participate in this wish for the longevity
of our guru. Its meaning is a Vajrasattva purification wish that
our body, speech and mind shall become one with that of the lama.
LAMA THANG NYI SU MEY PA PAL DORJE SEMPA LA CHAG TSEL LO
To the Dharmakaya Amitabha, Sambhogakaya Chenrezig, Nirmanakaya
Pema Jungnay,
TRULKU PEDJUNG TSOGYEL SALÉ ÖD
Born from a lotus, Yeshe Tsogyal and her consort Sale,
GYELSÉ LHA DZI RIGDZIN YAB SÉ SOG
The Bodhisattva Lhaje, the Vidyadhara father and son and others,
DÖN GYUD LAMA NAM LA SOL WA DEB
And all the Lamas of the ultimate lineage, I pray to you.
CHOG DU SANGYE KÜN NGO PEDMA JUNG
To the Lotus Born Pema Jungnay, who is in reality all of the Buddhas
throughout all time and space,
KORLO GÖNPO TAKSHAM CHÖ JÉ LING
To Taksham, Chöje Ling, the protector of samsara,
JINLAB TUGJÉ NAMTRUL DROWAI GÖN
And to the protector of beings, the emanation of blessings and
compassions,
PEDMA DE JÉ ROLPA SOL WA DEB PEMA DE JE ROLPA
I pray to you.
Pema De Je Rolpa is the emanation of Taksham and Choje Ling
and also the regent of Guru Rinpoche. In this present life, Namkha
Drimed Rinpoche is the emanation of Pema De Je Rolpa and also he
is the ultimate Ripa lineage holder.

The SOL DEB prayer and the GESAR SOLKA (below) were written
by H.E. Namkha Drimed Rinpoche immediately after the September 11
destruction of the World Trade Center. He asked that this prayer
and short practice be distributed so that we could all say it daily
for the peaceful benefit of beings in this difficult time.

TSA SUM KUN DU ORGYEN TO TRENG TSAL
You are Orgyen To Treng Tsal, the union of all the roots,
TA YEY MAK DOK GURU CHE WAI CHOK
the supreme guru who can stop wars without limit.
BAR CHEY GEK JOM DORJE DRO WO LÖ
You are Dorje Drollo who defeats obstacles and hindrances.
DU PUNG DUL DZE GE SAR DRA LAI GYAL
You are Gesar, Lord of Drala, who subjugates the hosts of demons.
GO SUM DE MU TRAK PO SOL DEB NA
With body, speech and mind, I pray with faith and devotion,
NYON MONG DUK NGEL RANG GYU CHOD PA YI
cut off the suffering of confusion in my own mind stream.
MAK TRUK TSON GYI JIK PA KUN SOL LA
Clear away all fear of warfare and weaponry,
NEY DUN BAR CHEY CHEN NGEN SHI WA DANG
pacify disease, demons, obstacles, and negative circumstances.
DRO KUN PEN DE PAL LA LONG CHO NEY
May all beings enjoy well being and prosperity.
SAM DUN CHO SHIN DRUP PA GYIN GI LOB
Give blessings so our wishes come true in accordance with the dharma.
Composed by Namkha Drimed Rabjam Rinpoche at the time of the
sudden attack on America so that the world may be free from the

You are the demon tamer, the wrathful jewel Gesar.

With all your emanations, henchmen, daki's and messengers
DRA LA WERMAI KOR DANG CHE PA NAM
And your entourage of the dralas and wermas,
DIR SHEK SER KYEM DUTSI PU CHÖD BUL
Please come here, and partake of the nectar or the golden liquor.
DA TA NYIK MA NGA DÖ DÜ DE RU
Now is the time of the fivefold Dark Eon
NYON MONG DUK NGAI TOP SHUK ME TAR BAR
The power of conflicting emotions, cravings and pain blazes like
fire.
CHE DRÖ SHE GYU DU DANG GONG PÖ LAM
People are relentlessly turning into evil creatures,
MAK JAK NE TSUN TRUL GYI KORLO KOR
Whipped up into turmoil of war, disease and weaponry.
DUL TREN TSON GYI DRO LA TSE WA DANG
Nuclear weapons are aimed at destroying people,
GYAL KAM DUK NGAL JIK PAI NAR WA LA
Countries are in peril of great pain.
TUK DAM MA YEL GESAR DRA LAI GYAL
King of Drala, please do not forget your promise.
KOR DANG CHEY PA DRAK PO KUR SHENG NEY Manifest
the wrathful form with your entire entourage
TRUL PA YANG TRUL NANG SI JIK TENG KENG
Multiply your emanations and fill the whole universe.
DE DEN BU LA SUNG KYOB YEL MAI DZEU
Don't cease from protecting and guarding to bring well being.
GYAL KAM DI TSON ZAM LING CHON KUN DU
Throughout all nations and countries of the world
MAK TRUK TSON CHEY YUL NGO SHOM PA DOK
Stop warfare, weaponry and conflict
NEY DON RIM YAM LO BOR JIK PA SOK
Clear away disease, plagues and fear of attacks.
NGA DÖ GÜ PÄ CHEN NGEN KUN SOL LA
Clear away all negative circumstances
ZAM LING DRO NAM PEN DE PEL LA CHO
Bring all beings in the world to well being and happiness
BAR CHEY DU DE YUL LEY RAB GYAL NEY
Victorious in eliminating obstacles and demonic forces from the
world,
CHOK LEY NAM PAR GYAL WAI TIN LE DZEU
Engage in the action that spreads enlightenment everywhere.
In this intense time of suffering in the Dark Age, when people
turn into devils and conflicting emotions blaze like fire, countries
are whipped into confusion with war, weapons and disease, so that
fear of attacks are pacified and to bring peace and happiness to
the world, Namkha Drimed Rabjam wrote this with utterly pure motivation.
